Role Description
SPNSR is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Derby Area. This role involves building partnerships with local businesses, managing social media campaigns to elevate brand visibility, and providing hands-on support to community sports clubs. Responsibilities include analyzing data to showcase the commercial value of partnerships, coordinating marketing initiatives, and working closely with clubs on grant writing and funding efforts to support capital projects. Candidates will contribute to transforming clubs into thriving, self-sustaining organizations through collaboration and dynamic community engagement.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Marketing Communications
* Strong Analytical Skills, Data Interpretation, and Reporting abilities for showcasing ROI and impact
* Grant Writing and Fundraising experience to secure capital funding
* Interpersonal Skills, Client Relationship Management, and a passion for community engagement
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines
* Experience with Technology Platforms or Tools related to data tracking and analytics is a plus
