Job Title: Digital Hardware Engineering Lead

Salary:
Up to £75,000 depending on skills and experience plus bonus scheme
What you’ll be doing:
1. Contributing to the design and development of advanced radar systems from concept to delivery.
2. Leading hardware and digital subsystem interface definition and integration.
3. Developing hardware specifications and architectures for digital components.
4. Translating signal processing concepts into practical solutions via modelling and simulation.
5. Defining system timing strategies for efficient scheduling and real-time performance.
6. Supporting system testing, calibration, and design assurance activities.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential skills include:
1. Strong background in Electronics Engineering, especially in digital high-speed design.
2. Experience with data analysis tools like MATLAB or Excel.
3. Degree in electronics engineering, physics, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
4. Understanding of system integration and design assurance.
5. Familiarity with high-speed digital communications.
6. Multidisciplinary hardware engineering knowledge.
7. Experience with radar systems, particularly AESAs.
