Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients and families. Advocate for clients within the healthcare system and in the community. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services. Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress. Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops as needed. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a social work setting. Strong knowledge of community resources and healthcare systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
