Overview Seeking a talented Chef to join our team.
You should have experience of working with fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch in a high standards pub environment.
Room for development to higher level within the kitchen.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes while also innovating new menu items.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety practices.
* Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Chef role or similar position within the restaurant industry.
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
* Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills.
* Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable.

Pay: £12.21-£13.96 per hour
