Overview
The RAC is recruiting for a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic. You’ll provide the adaptability our service relies on, with a focus on helping members when they need it most.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
* Work as a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, delivering flexible roadside assistance to members.
* Operate with a focus on problem-solving, customer service, and maintaining high standards under pressure.
* Manage vehicle-related diagnostics, repairs, and guidance on-site where possible.
What you’ll need (Qualifications)
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer-focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
* Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary
