Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to make a difference in children’s lives? Vision for Education is working in partnership with a Primary School in Ashford to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification to join their welcoming and supportive team.
he Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
1. Support children in their learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
2. Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
3. Work closely with teachers and colleagues to deliver engaging and creative learning experiences.
4. Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
5. A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
6. A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them succeed.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
8. An understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
