Job Description
3. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently and accurately.
5. Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner.
6. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
7. Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
8. Collaborate with team members to support financial reporting requirements.
9. Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
10. Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
11. Must have a proven track record of using XERO.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
13. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
14. Experience in managing financial records and transactions.
15. Good understanding of VAT regulations and financial compliance.
16. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
