Talk to us about how we can best support you Reporting into the Analytics Tagging and Infrastructure Lead you will support the product and data teams to ensure they have robust measurement and reporting in place for their platforms and features, and work collaboratively with the group digital analytics team and other key stakeholders across both Group and our local brands. Collaborate with the measurement, product and analytics teams, as well as our brands to define tag implementation requirements. Proactively analyse data quality to ensure consistent and concise data is available to the business. Support the measurement strategy by delivering tagging solutions for websites and native apps, implementing tags and scripts to achieve this and working with engineering teams to develop and evolve the data layer. Assist investigations to understand the root cause of any tagging issues or data inaccuracies, and help to define and deliver future-proof plans for fixes. Integrate into release pipelines ensuring high quality change management, ensuring our platforms, products and solutions are robust and performant. Maintain high-quality 3rd party integrations with various vendors in terms of data collection, consistency and quality. Ensure that tag management and analytics platforms are closely aligned to provide uniform tracking across platforms and brands. Help to support the development and skills growth of the Measurement team by sharing knowledge and standard methodologies from experience. Stay connected to the external market to identify the new & emerging trends, technologies and channels which will be powering the digital content growth in future years and share this insight back into the wider team and our banners. You have experience in a technical implementation role such as Implementation Analyst, Web Analyst or Implementation Engineer Experience of working with both web analytics tracking, including: Understanding tracking specifications to craft and implement solutions Implementation of tracking tags / code Debugging analytics tracking during development or to investigate issues Working alongside an engineering/product team to implement tracking Testing and validating tracking and data quality Mobile tracking experience a bonus but not crucial You have a solid understanding of analytics tools and tracking code, including: Digital analytics platforms, including Google Analytics (GA360, GA4) Tag Management systems, such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium iQ JavaScript Experience with server-side solutions is a bonus, (e.g. Tealium EventStream) Be Customer Focused – constantly improving our customers’ experience I listen to my customers I use available data to help make decisions Be Human – acting with humanity and care I do the right thing I am respectful Be Curious – thrive on learning, thinking beyond the obvious I build and share new ideas I try new things and share my learnings Be Agile – working with trust, pace and agility I have courage to be creative Done is better than perfect, I aim for 80/20 Be Inclusive – acting inclusively in diverse teams to work together I embrace allyship I have self-awareness and a desire to learn Be Accountable – championing the plan to deliver results and growth I own my actions I understand the Kingfisher plan and how it relates to my role At Kingfisher, we value the perspectives that any new team members bring, and we want to hear from you.
