SEN Tutor
Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create personalised learning plans based on students' individual needs and learning styles
* Implement strategies to support students in overcoming learning challenges
* Monitor and assess student progress regularly
* Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of the UK educational system and SEN regulations
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training or certification in Special Education
* Experience using assistive technology in teaching students with SEN
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres
* Potential travel to student's homes for tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
