Description
We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join one of our exciting NEW stores opening later this year at Robin Retail Park, Wigan.
Please note: As the team leader at our new store opening, you’ll play a key role in shaping its success from day one. You will join as soon as possible to undergo training, likely in another nearby store, and will be involved in selecting the team for this new store.
There’s an established team in place, and you will work directly with them to create the best customer shopping experience. Footasylum values our front-end retail staff highly.
An Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, overseeing employees, demonstrating effective leadership, and providing excellent customer service. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take on managerial duties. This role is also a training pathway to become a Store Manager.
We invest heavily in training and development. Our goal is to create an environment where employees can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported with regular 1-2-1s, training, and all necessary tools to thrive and feel empowered.
We have a strong track record of supporting career progression and internal mobility. Your development is our priority, and we aim to help you reach your goals.
