Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location:Hybrid (Work from Home, Office, and Client Meetings)
Hours: Part-time - 22 hours per week, full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Part-time - £30,000 pro rata + commission, full-time - £30,00 per annum + commission

The Opportunity

Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a flexible role where you can truly make a difference? We're seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This part-time, hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to balance work from home, office time, and meetings with industry leaders.

What You'll Do:

* Engage with prospects: Make outbound calls to set appointments and kickstart the sales process.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting partnerships with clients, helping them achieve their goals through targeted advertising.
* Drive Results: Reach daily, weekly, and monthly targets by executing lead generation activities.
* Lead Generation: Proactively prospect new clients using LinkedIn, CRM systems, email, and social media.
* Make an Impact: Use your networking skills to connect with industry leaders and turn cold leads into valuable opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven Success: At least 2 years of experience in business development or account management.
* Driven & Self-Motivated: You’re goal-oriented, curious, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
* Outstanding Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a professional approach to engaging clients.
* Positive Attitude: You bring a can-do mindset and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
* Rapport Building: You know how to create instant connections and trust with clients using a personal, engaging approach.
* Active Listening Skills: You can uncover valuable insights by truly understanding clients' needs and pain points.
