Strategic Operations Director London (Travel Required) At Marston Holdings, we deliver innovative transportation, technology, and enforcement solutions that support public sector clients across the UK and internationally. Following significant private equity investment, we are continuing to grow our technology led services and are seeking a Strategic Operations Director to play a pivotal leadership role within our Transportation division. Reporting directly to the Transportation Managing Director, this role sits on both the Transportation Leadership Team and the Group Senior Leadership Team, offering significant influence in shaping operational strategy, client partnerships, and commercial growth. The Opportunity We are looking for a commercially driven and client focused leader with strong experience working within the Local and Central Government landscape. You will build deep relationships with public sector clients, understand their operational challenges, and help shape solutions that deliver measurable value. This role will lead operational performance and service transformation through data driven decision making, using insight and transparency to improve outcomes, strengthen delivery, and support sustainable growth. This is a highly visible role involving regular client engagement, industry representation, and participation at conferences and professional forums. Travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays, will be required.
