What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing robust specifications that meet the highest standards in sustainability, performance, and compliance.
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to integrate best practices and cutting-edge solutions.
* Contributing to the evolution of Foster + Partners’ bespoke specification systems and resources.
* Helping ensure our specifications are as visionary as the architecture they support.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need:
* Strong experience in architectural specification writing and technical design.
* A solid grasp of materials, procurement strategies, and building regulations (UK and/or international).
* Experience with specification software like NBS Chorus.
* A collaborative spirit, a proactive mindset, and a passion for quality.
Knowledge of building physics, sustainability, or multilingual fluency are all a big plus.
