Water Efficiency Engineer (Plumber) – Field-Based Role
Annual Salary - £31,200 per year
Travel Allowance | Overtime Available | Performance Incentives
28 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays)
We’re looking for a qualified, customer-focused Plumber to join our growing Water Efficiency Team. This is a field-based role attending pre-booked appointments to install water-saving products, carry out minor leak repairs, and help customers reduce water waste. If you’re Level 2 qualified (minimum), professional in customer homes, and comfortable working to installation targets — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Installing Control Flow water-saving devices
* Carrying out minor leak detection and repairs
* Working safely on and around water meters
* Providing clear water-efficiency advice
* Managing your own diary, travel, and van stock
* Recording works accurately via CRM
* Meeting daily/weekly installation targets
What We’re Looking For
* Plumbing Qualification – Minimum Level 2
* EUSR Water Hygiene (or willing to obtain)
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Clear DBS (or willing to complete)
* Experience in plumbing maintenance & repairs
* Target-driven with strong customer service skills
