We’re delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing organisation based in Evesham as they look to welcome a Senior Finance Assistant to their team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a varied workload, strong team culture, and the opportunity to contribute to a thriving finance function.
Generate and issue weekly sales invoices and credit notes.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales ledger.
Complete regular reconciliations of customer accounts and bank statements.
Proactively manage outstanding debts.
Oversee banking tasks and reconciliation.
Maintain customer pricing.
Respond to invoice and payment queries professionally and promptly.
Perform bank reconciliations and support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Produce reports when required.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and VAT regulations.
Post journals and adjustments and support the production of accounts to trial balance.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and assist in preparing management accounts.
