Job Description:
This global role involves supporting the VP of Product Marketing by managing product and brand collaborations, including creative capsule collections. The goal is to enhance DBJ's profile in the creative industry, demonstrate leadership, and drive sales and margins through strategic collections.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking.
2. Assisting in developing campaign strategies and 3-year global plans for product categories.
3. Managing regional and global product launches, portfolios, ranges, and pricing strategies.
4. Collaborating with sourcing, design, development, strategy, merchandising, and marketing teams to support product development and launch planning.
5. Monitoring and reporting on ROI of marketing initiatives.
6. Building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting brand product portfolio strategy and launch planning.
2. Assisting in product development from ideation to market, including forecasting, pricing, and sales analysis.
3. Monitoring competitors' product portfolios and sales performance, providing recommendations.
Global Strategy:
1. Developing global product strategies aligned with brand DNA and market insights.
2. Setting growth and revenue objectives for the 3-year plan.
3. Conducting market research to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Product Marketing:
1. Supporting product launch plans and developing creative briefs.
2. Implementing marketing strategies aligned with brand values.
3. Managing product development processes, ensuring deadlines and margins are met.
4. Proposing concepts, names, and positioning for launches.
Portfolio Monitoring & Analysis:
1. Providing monthly analysis of product ranges and performance.
2. Managing product range coherence and discontinuation decisions.
3. Contributing to pricing reviews and financial performance analysis.
Return on Investment & Financial Objectives:
1. Monitoring ROI and marketing performance metrics.
2. Aligning new product revenues with overall brand targets.
3. Optimizing margins and stock strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Degree or professional qualification with significant experience in luxury jewelry.
2. Proven success in strategic product marketing, preferably with Head Office experience.
3. Experience managing multi-functional projects at an international level.
4. Knowledge of the jewelry industry and market trends.
