Job Description
The Facilities Electrician will:
* Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across the site
* Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety and operational standards.
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently.
* Collaborate with the wider engineering team to support manufacturing processes.
* Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including compliance documentation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols while working on-site.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Facilities Electrician should have:
* A recognised electrical apprenticeship, qualification/certifications.
* 18th Edition wiring regulations.
* Proven experience working in an electrical-biased facilities maintenance role.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations and fault-finding techniques.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a facilities setting.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
