Social Worker - Long term team and safeguarding Team- Peterborough - £39 ph
* Location: Peterborough
* Working Pattern: Hybrid - Flexible working arrangements, will need to be able to visit and see children and families in the city, including for urgent matters. WFH days can be agreed.
* Rate: £39 per hour
About the Role
* Manage a caseload of children and families in line with statutory requirements
* Undertake Child & Family Assessments, Section 47 Enquiries, and direct work with children
* Prepare reports for court and participate in legal proceedings
* Develop and review CP, CIN, and CLA plans in partnership with families and professionals
* Work collaboratively within a multi-agency
* Family Safeguarding team, including adult-focused practitioners (e.g. domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse specialists)
