About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Security Manager to take operational responsibility for the performance, compliance, and delivery of security services across a key site. This role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional people management skills, and a commitment to delivering service excellence in line with contractual targets and company standards.
We will oversee the financial and operational performance of the security operation, ensuring efficient use of labour and resources, adherence to legislation, and successful delivery of new and existing contracts. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, we will help identify new opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Commercial Management
* Take overall responsibility for the operational performance of the sites security function in line with defined targets.
* Maintain full control over contract delivery, including financial performance, cost management, and service effectiveness.
* Ensure efficient deployment and utilisation of labour and resources through strong team leadership and planning.
* Ensure all services comply with relevant legislation and company standards.
* Lead the effective commissioning of all contracts within agreed timeframes, standards, and profitability targets.
* Liaise with internal departments to identify business development opportunities and support sales activities.
