Were looking to bring in a talented Warehouse Shift Manager, for our warehouse in Gotham for our customer British Gypsum / Saint Gobain. Ypu will be responsible for FLT drivers, picking and loading from our distribution warehouse.
As Shift Manager you will oversee a team of operatives and motivate them to do their job efficiently. You will provide daily objectives and ensure that your team meet the requirements of our stakeholders. Using effective communication, you will raise any issues with senior management to reach business goals effectively.This role is working Monday - Friday working rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a salary up to £38,000 plus shift allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.
