Finance Manager – Real Estate Investment (Up to £110K + Bonus + Benefits)
Location: Central London – Full-time office (5 days per week)

This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalised, international real estate group with an impressive portfolio exceeding £1bn in assets under management. Their London office is expanding, and they’re seeking a Finance Manager who wants variety, autonomy, exposure, and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.
What You’ll Gain

You will take full responsibility for group consolidations, investor reporting, and financial operations across multiple European jurisdictions. This is a role where your work genuinely drives decision-making at board level.

You’ll work directly with the Managing Director and collaborate with investment, tax, audit, and external advisory teams—giving you a front-row seat to strategic transactions, acquisitions, and new market activity.

From setting up new SPVs across Europe to ensuring compliance in multiple territories, you’ll gain hands-on experience with complex cross-border structures rarely offered at this level.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the preparation of monthly and quarterly investor reporting packs, including covenant ratios, performance commentary and insights.
* Producing IFRS group consolidation accounts for a diverse portfolio of entities across several jurisdictions.
* Establishing new HoldCo, PropCo and OpCo structures in the UK and Europe, ensuring they are set up efficiently and compliantly.
* Acting as a key point of contact for auditors and tax advisors, helping navigate areas such as transfer pricing, withholding tax, capital gains, RPDT and other technical matters.
* Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for acquisitions and new projects.
* Overseeing VAT inspections and resolving complex VAT issues, including cross-border transactions and mixed-use developments.
* Managing CIS, payroll, pensions, benefits and wider finance operations.
* Supervising a team of accountants, developing capability and ensuring smooth delivery across the function.
About You
You’ll thrive here if you are:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Experienced in real estate, private equity, property funds, or complex multi-entity structures
* Strong technically, especially with IFRS consolidations
