Recruitment is a challenging and rewarding career that requires resilience, commitment, and a strong work ethic. This role is not suited to someone looking for a standard 9-5. This opportunity is based in our UK hub. However, the majority of our clients are US-centric, so working hours are slightly adjusted to better support the timezone: 10am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, with a 5pm finish on Friday. What We Are Looking For Entry-level experience in sales, recruitment, or clear entrepreneurial potential. Strong communication skills with excellent written English. Highly ambitious, motivated, and driven to succeed. Demonstrated resilience in previous roles, education, sport, or personal challenges.
