You’ll be working in real time to coordinate resources, prioritise workloads, and make sure customers are kept at the heart of every decision.

* Act as the technical expert and escalation point for operational teams in the field.
* Coordinate and prioritise workloads, including Live Screen activities, to optimise team productivity.
* Promote a safety‑first culture by upholding SHE standards and ensuring compliance with SSEN’s Safe Management of Work procedures.
* Conduct site visits, engage with teams and stakeholders, and drive high performance to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to regulatory standards.
You Have
* ONC/HNC/Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience); operational authorisations up to 11kV are advantageous.
* Strong technical and operational knowledge of electrical distribution networks, including fault management, inspection, and maintenance.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, with a strong customer service focus and effective communication at all levels.
* Good understanding of DNO operations, regulatory frameworks (e.g., price control periods, incentives), and performance data analysis.
* Proficient in work scheduling systems and analysing performance data to support operational efficiency.
