The Pen Museum is seeking to engage a Heritage Education Consultant to review and develop our KS2 school offer, building a relationship with one local school in the Jewellery Quarter to shape and review session content. As part of the work, the consultant will need to review the accessibility of sessions, and include adaptations or multi-sensory approaches to suit a range of learning styles and/or learning disabilities. The Pen Museum has been awarded funding from Museum Development Midlands Open Grant 2025-2026 to undertake exploratory work to develop our KS2 offer.
The findings from this project will play a key role in the museum reaching local communities and moving forwards with a sustainable model for our school program.
