About Reeves

Reeves is a progressive and growing firm within the financial services industry, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences through innovation, expertise, and creativity.

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our day-to-day marketing operations and play a key role in shaping Reeves’ digital presence and brand strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional who thrives on variety — from managing digital campaigns and paid media to developing content and overseeing events — all with a focus on strengthening our brand and driving inbound leads.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the daily management and leadership of the marketing team — overseeing all activity across digital, content, and client marketing.

You’ll manage both the Content Lead and Marketing Executive, ensuring the delivery of cohesive, high-quality campaigns that support business growth and reflect Reeves’ values and brand identity.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping how Reeves is positioned in the marketplace — increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

* Manage and mentor the Content Lead and Marketing Executive, overseeing daily workloads and priorities.
* Foster collaboration, creativity, and accountability across the team.
* Ensure all marketing output aligns with strategic goals and brand standards.
* Oversee all digital channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and email marketing.
* Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximise reach, performance, and ROI.
* Plan and deliver email campaigns via Mailchimp, including automation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
* Maintain and improve the Reeves website (e.g., WordPress), ensuring it is optimised for user experience, SEO, and conversions.
* Analyse campaign data to track performance and inform continuous improvement.

Content & Brand Development

* Work with the Content Lead to deliver engaging and educational digital content across the website, YouTube, and social media.
* Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual style across all channels.
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on brand positioning and creative strategy to increase awareness and market presence.
* Support the development of video content and other multimedia initiatives.

Events & Client Marketing

* Oversee marketing for Reeves’ client referral scheme, ensuring consistent promotion and engagement.
* Manage the planning and delivery of quarterly virtual client webinars and the annual in-person client event.
* Lead the marketing, communications, and digital promotion surrounding all client‑facing events.

Reporting & Insights

* Produce regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and digital ROI.
* Monitor marketing budgets and optimise spend for maximum impact.
* Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing to guide strategic decision‑making.

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in a digital marketing management or senior marketing role, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills, with experience managing a small team.
* Hands‑on expertise across SEO, PPC, paid social, and email marketing.
* Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
* Experience managing website content and performance (e.g., WordPress).
* Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and ROI.
* Experience in event and client engagement marketing.
* Knowledge of video content creation and YouTube optimisation.
* Strong understanding of compliance and tone of voice considerations within financial services marketing.
