Do you want to make a difference to a child’s life? Then become a highly valued Children's Residential Support Worker and start a truly rewarding career!
Hours: full time, 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). We are a 365-day service due to the nature of our work. Rota schedules are provided in advance.
Pay rate: £12.60 to £12.90 per hour for days (depending on qualification), and £60 per sleep night (approximately £33,357.00 to £33,980.00 per annum). Opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates are available.

What we are looking for:
We seek nurturing and supportive individuals capable of providing outstanding childcare and helping our young people achieve positive outcomes. Our Telford home is a small, homely setting for up to three young people requiring therapeutic placements. Our team supports their domestic needs, education, social skills, and organizes activities and excursions.

Essential requirements:
* A UK-issued full driving licence
* Legal right to work in the UK without restrictions
* Experience in a children's care role (desirable)

* Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations
