Export Operations Coordinator\nLocation: Gatwick\nHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00\nLeave: 20 days holiday + 8 UK bank holidays\nDBS check required | Laptop provided | Full in-house training\n\nSupreme Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading logistics provider, currently seeking a proactive and organised Export Operations Coordinator to join their Gatwick-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid knowledge of export procedures who's confident in a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering excellent service.\n\nYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:\n\nManaging full-cycle export shipments (Air, Road & Sea) with clear, timely client updates\nAdvising on export documentation, customs regulations, and destination-specific requirements\nCoordinating with airlines, hauliers, and shipping lines for competitive rates and efficient movements\nLiaising with overseas agents and managing door-to-door logistics\nPreparing accurate quotations and handling client communications via phone and email\nManaging essential export documents (Carnets, EUR1s, Certificates of Origin, etc.)\nHandling Export Controls, including licence applications and ITAR permits\nBooking courier exports via various online platforms\nSupporting warehouse activities: packing, labelling, and freight handling\nManaging multiple client accounts while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism\nEnsuring prompt and accurate invoicing of completed export jobsWe're Looking For Someone Who Has:\n\nStrong working knowledge of export regulations and customs for Air, Road, and Sea freight\nFamiliarity with Dangerous and Restricted goods procedures\nProven ability to multitask and prioritise across multiple client accounts\nTop-tier communication and client service skills\nA team-oriented mindset with confidence to work independently\nA hands-on attitude and strong organisational skills under pressure\nA full, clean UK driving licenceAfter Your Probation (3 Months):\n\nRegular performance reviews\nPaid overtime opportunities (mainly for out-of-hours shipment monitoring)\nCompany phone provided, if requiredIf you're ready to make an impact in a busy, international export environment, Supreme Recruitment would love to hear from you.
