What will you be doing day‑to‑day?
The Solutions Architect works alongside sales, Lead Solutions Architects and Solutions Consultants to gain new customers and increase penetration into existing accounts by delivering innovative technical solutions. You will provide pre‑sales and solutions support across Gamma’s Managed Networks portfolio, owning the solution from conception to delivery with a consultative approach.
* Support development of business opportunities with the Managed Networks pre‑sales and direct sales teams.
* Consult with customers on Managed Network requirements, focusing on large enterprise accounts.
* Translate customer requirements into functional, effective solutions using Gamma’s Managed Networks products.
* Provide consultative technical support for proposals incorporating multiple core products and services.
* Participate in customer solution presentations and meetings.
* Develop and mentor new team members through support and guidance.
* Interface with Proposition Management to provide customer feedback.
Qualifications
5+ years of demonstrable pre‑sales or sales engineering experience with strong technical and commercial skills.
* Experience with Managed Networks solutions such as SD‑WAN, Meraki, MPLS and related connectivity technologies.
* Excellent presentation skills for training delivery and senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
* Strong customer‑facing abilities and ability to present at senior levels.
* Proficiency in writing technical sales proposals.
* Agile, can‑do attitude and ability to deliver on requirements.
* Home‑based role with travel as required.
