Front Office Receptionist - Maternity Cover
You will be responsible for welcoming our guests to their London home in a warm, friendly and professional manner. You will ensure our guests are sincerely cared for throughout their stay and depart with the intention of returning. As an excellent communicator, you will have a natural ability to support a successful team.
Main Duties:
Familiarising our guests with their London home, you will promote hotel services through a genuine interest and knowledge of our products, facilities and history. You will have the intuition and know-how to tailor specific recommendations to our guests and their needs.
Welcome, check-in and check-out hotel guests.
Ensure all PCI and data protection laws are adhered to at all times.
Ensure guest arrivals and departures are coordinated effectively through efficient inter-departmental communication.
Ensure all guests are familiar with the hotel and its services, promoting The Beaumont at every opportunity.
