Job Description
As a Business Change Lead, you'll be instrumental in shaping how this organisation modernises to meet the evolving needs of customers and regulators. You'll work within a dedicated Business Change Team, playing a vital role in transforming policies, processes, workflows, and technology to align with strategic objectives and customer expectations. This role offers the unique chance to make a significant difference, with ample opportunities for personal development within a team of experienced Change Professionals. Key Responsibilities:
3. Drive Transformational Change: Lead and support large-scale change initiatives, including operating model changes, colleague engagement, and technology transformations.
4. Assess and Plan: Collaborate with stakeholders to complete detailed business impact assessments and support Senior Business Change Managers in developing comprehensive change plans.
5. Guide the Change Journey: Help define activities that successfully guide colleagues through the ADKAR change journey.
6. Improve Ways of Working: Lead small change and improvement projects to enhance efficiency for customers, colleagues, and the business, while fostering overall change maturity.
7. Communicate and Engage: Own and deliver compelling communication and engagement strategies to ensure change stories are impactful and effective.
8. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate excellent relationships with key stakeholders, manage communications at all levels, and act as a crucial link between programme management, business operations, and IT.
9. System Implementation: Work closely with IT to implement and embed new systems that support required changes.
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:We're seeking a seasoned Change Professional with a proven track record of successfully navigating complex organisational transformations.

11. People-focussed Lens: Proven ability to deliver and embed change that positively influences culture and behaviours.
12. Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills.
13. Change Management Expertise: Extensive experience in change management practices.
14. Leadership: Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding both direct and matrix teams across the business.
15. Commercial Insight: Good commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage complex business cases.
16. Communication & Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leaders and directors.
17. Adaptability: Ability to absorb technical information and communicate it effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
18. Change Certification: Ideally, you'll hold accreditation to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of winning methodolgies such as PROSCI, APMG, ADKAR
