CTS Training & Consultancy Limited is a trusted provider of consultancy services and accredited training courses across the transport and logistics industry. We are passionate about quality training, customer service, and continuous growth — and we're looking for a dedicated Training Manager.
As Training Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations — scheduling and managing training courses, supporting our trainer team, and building strong relationships with clients. You'll also take the lead on marketing efforts, customer engagement, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a varied, customer-facing role that offers real responsibility and scope to develop.
You will also support our sister company, Coopers Transport Services Limited, with occasional administrative and operational tasks.
Key Areas
CTS Training Limited
* Organise and manage all training bookings and course schedules.
* Be the main point of contact for clients – from initial enquiry to final certification.
* Manage and coordinate employed and freelance trainers.
* Monitor customer feedback and ensure a high standard of delivery.
* Keep training records and systems up to date accurately and on time.
* Lead marketing efforts (email campaigns, social media, printed materials).
* Build strong, ongoing relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Support the continuous development of services and business processes.
* Ensure compliance with awarding body standards.
* Report directly to the Head of Training.
* Stay informed on industry changes and be willing to complete relevant training.
* General administration
* Evaluate the benefits and costs of different strategies
* Handle confidential data
Coopers Transport Services Limited
* Manage PPE stock and distribution.
* Support with marketing materials and seasonal gifting (e.g. branded gifts, calendars, cards).
* Help write and maintain risk assessments, policies, and procedures
* Planning internal company training needs
Key Skills

· Excel experience
· Ability to monitor multiple staff throughout the day
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Previous experience is ideal but not needed
· Previous administration and customer facing experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
