Your New Role
As the HR Advisor, you’ll be the go‑to HR professional, providing hands‑on, end‑to‑end generalist support in a role that provides clear visibility and ownership. You will partner with operational leaders, coach managers, and ensure consistent,pliant HR practice in a fast‑moving, high volume environment.
Occasional travel.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Employee Life cycle Management — starters, leavers, contractual changes, onboarding and documentation.
2. ER Casework Management — full ownership of low‑level toplex cases, including fact‑finding, supporting meetings, drafting oue letters and coaching managers.
3. Absence management — applying robust triggers, supporting managers with return‑to‑work processes and proactive interventions.
4. Policy Guidance — ensuring consistent application of HR policies and best practice.
5. Manager Capability — upskilling and coaching line managers to handle people matters confidently.
6. HR Data Management and Auditing.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
7. Proven experience as a stand-alone HR Advisor or Generalist in a fast‑paced environment
8. Strong ER capability, with confidence managing cases end‑to‑end
9. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or other high‑volume operational sectors
10. Strongmunication skills and the confidence to influence and coach managers
11. A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with excellent organisational skills
12. Willingness to travel between sites where required.
