Job Description
Our client is a reputable international law firm retaining many FTSE 100 clients, they are now looking for a collaborative and professional Recruitment Manager, to join their wider HR team on a permanent basis.
Managing all recruitment end to end, whilst building strong working relationships with stakeholders and Hiring Manager's.
Key Duties Include:
1. Be accountable for the fee earning and business support recruitment processes through the entire lifecycle, including permanent, interim hires, graduates/trainees and apprentices.
2. Support the Recruitment Adviser on advising hiring managers on appropriate selection techniques.
3. Lead the continuous development and improvement of recruitment practices and processes and provide innovative solutions to resourcing challenges.
4. Ensure strong diversity and inclusion practices throughout the recruitment process, supporting and encouraging managers when needed, whilst complying with all relevant employment or other law, including data protection compliance and GDPR.
5. Manage the Digital Legal Delivery UK, US & EMEA recruitment budget, tracking return on investment from recruitment initiatives and activities.
