Strategy and Transformation Manager - Energy Sector experience required
Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 (Fixed Term)
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid, around three days per week in the office
We are supporting a client in the energy sector who is looking for a Strategy and Transformation Manager to join their team on a fixed term basis. This role sits within a central strategy and transformation function and will support senior leadership across multiple areas of the business.
The position will involve working across a range of initiatives, helping drive delivery and providing analytical insight to support strategic decision making. You will be working in a fast moving environment where priorities can change, so the ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate clearly with stakeholders is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of strategy and transformation initiatives across the organisation
Provide analytical insight to support strategic planning and decision making
Develop and maintain reporting and performance tracking across programmes
Support business case development and benefits tracking
Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide clear analysis and recommendations
Assist with governance, programme coordination and delivery oversight across multiple initiatives
Requirements
Experience working in strategy, transformation, consulting or programme environments
Strong analytical capability with excellent Excel and data analysis skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
Experience working in the energy sector is essential
