The Haywards Heath Primary Care Network is seeking an administrator to join the team at Hayworthe Villa. The role involves supporting the daily operations of the community nursing service by providing first-line contact to service users and professionals.
The ideal candidate should possess good organisational and communication skills, be able to work independently, and follow instructions. Engagement in service development to enhance administrative and clinical processes for efficiency and patient experience is also important.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Stock control and management
2. Monitoring email inboxes
3. Scanning and processing subject access requests
4. Handling incoming post, emails, and phone calls professionally
5. Responding to queries and gathering relevant information for the community nursing coordinator
6. Maintaining filing, clerical, and office systems
7. Providing administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and managing post
8. Monitoring and maintaining stocks of supplies and equipment
9. Prioritising and forwarding emails appropriately
10. Coordinating patient feedback collection via the Friends & Family Test
