Join a well-established, internationally owned spirits business known for its premium portfolio and deep on‑trade connections across the UK. The company is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead its presence across the Midlands. You will drive volume, distribution, visibility and activation for a range of craft‑led spirits, partnering with regional groups and RTM teams.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing 250–300 IFT and regional group accounts across the Midlands
* Planning smart customer journeys with 24+ visits each week
* Driving volume, distribution, visibility and activation across your area
* Growing new business and partnering with RTMs to open doors in key cities and towns
* Capturing customer activity through CRM systems
* Agreeing and executing trading terms with priority customers
* Bringing an exceptional premium portfolio to life across bars, venues and groups
* Working closely with Marketing, Finance and Supply to deliver joined‑up plans
* Thriving in a fast‑paced environment with monthly and quarterly targets
What you’ll bring
* Strong on‑trade experience and genuine Midlands connections

* Creativity in how you activate, influence and grow accounts
* Genuine passion for premium spirits and the ability to tell great brand stories
* Confidence working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
* A valid UK driving licence
