Faculty Manager - the role: Leadership & Management: Line manage Programme Area Leaders (PALs) and Trainers. Curriculum Development: Assist in developing Military Trade Training and Civilian qualifications. Quality Assurance: Ensure target pass rates and high satisfaction survey results. Team Collaboration: Promote collaboration across MKC Training. Communication: Effectively communicate within the Faculty and across MKC Training.
