FLT Reach Truck Driver
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Minworth, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 – 16:30
• Assessments held at 22:00
Rate of Pay
• £12.55 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Driving and operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Carrying out pre-use checks and reporting any faults
• Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets
• Checking quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Unpacking and storing stock correctly
• Organising stock ready for deliveries
• Moving goods around the warehouse as required
• Operating racking up to 14 metres high
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
To be successful as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will need:
• A valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck
• Good communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong spatial awareness
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational skills
• Reliable and self-motivated approach
• Flexible attitude and willingness to support different tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
Training Provided
• Full training provided
• Assessment required prior to starting
