We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified, experienced Social Worker to join Pembrokeshire County Council in supporting Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children. In this role you will assess and support young people and ensure that access to suitable opportunities are available. You will also be providing your specialist advice and support at all stages of the migration process. Ideal candidates will have the relevant qualifications and experience as detailed in the job description and will have relevant experience of working with young people.
