Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer
Run: This is a full‑time permanent position based in Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire & surrounding areas. Salary ranges from £37,000 to £41,000 per year plus an excellent benefits package.

Our client is a well‑established, independent HVAC specialist with more than 20 years of experience delivering high‑quality air conditioning solutions across the South of England.
Due to continued growth and increased demand, the company is seeking an experienced Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer to join their valued team.
The role involves working across a variety of commercial properties including offices, gyms, retail units and other commercial environments throughout Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and surrounding areas.
Role and Responsibilities
* Carry out installation of a wide range of air‑conditioning systems
* Perform service, maintenance and repair work across commercial sites
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
* Take responsibility for the quality of work delivered on‑site
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
* Complete all relevant job documentation accurately
* Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in air‑conditioning service and installation
* F‑Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Good communication and customer‑facing skills
* Experience in commercial environments (offices, gyms, retail, etc.)
