The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compensation and Compulsory Purchase work, with expertise in contract management and client relationship building.
Main Responsibilities:
* Fee Income Maximisation: Ensure maximum revenue generation through effective fee negotiation and budget management.
* Client Relationship Development: Foster strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of major and minor projects, ensuring timely completion and satisfaction of clients.
* Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of project surveyors and referencers, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field (RICS accredited).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation and Compulsory Purchase work, preferably with a leading consultancy firm.
* Proven track record of success in client relationship development and fee income generation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, with excellent keyboard skills and attention to detail.
* Fully qualified member of the RICS, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations.
