Job Title: Qualified Tutor
Location: Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes
Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
* Develop tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs
* Provide constructive feedback to students to aid in their learning progress
* Monitor and assess student performance to adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Demonstrated expertise in the subject area being taught
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of educational principles and practises
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Proficient in using various teaching methods and techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Education or relevant field
* Experience working with diverse student populations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
