About the Role:
This is a fixed-term role for 24 months
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Central Division as a Professional Nurse Specialist in Autism. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a key team supporting senior leadership in driving the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical strategies and practices across the organisation for individuals with autism spectrum condition (ASC).
What we would like from you:
* Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Learning Disabilities) with current NMC registration and a minimum of 7 years post-registration experience.
* A full driving licence and access to a car.
* Willingness to travel across the UK.
* Flexibility to travel at short notice where urgent support is required.
* Additional qualifications or postgraduate education in autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, or a related field (e.g., MSc in Autism, PBS).
* Experience working with national advisory groups on autism.
