This role will involve multi-site working and collaboration with a newly developed multi-disciplinary team (MDT) including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy professionals. As part of the role, you will contribute to ongoing service development, clinical governance, and quality assurance activities. You will help ensure the adults we support are empowered, involved in decisions, and cared for within a culture of respect and dignity.
