Calling all Senior Carers/Team Leaders!
Ten90 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Team Leader to work for our clients based in the Kempston/Bedford area
We are seeking candidates who can provide person centred support to vulnerable people.
Responsibilities
* Leading and Motivating: Inspiring the team to perform at their best and foster a positive work environment.
* Setting Goals and Objectives: Clearly defining team goals and breaking them down into actionable steps.
* Delegating Tasks: Assigning responsibilities based on individual skills and strengths to optimise performance.
* Training and Development: Providing guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring.
* Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback.
* Communication: Facilitating open communication within the team and with management.
* Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges and conflicts within the team and finding effective solutions.
* Quality Control: Ensuring that work is completed to the required standards and deadlines are met.
* Compliance: Ensuring the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
To achieve this, we are looking for caring, compassionate and motivated individuals who understand how to deliver high quality care and a great customer service.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Senior/Team Leader required and NVQ/QCF Level 3 or Higher (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential
