Youth Connector SVD Transitions Project
Location: Baseline Centre, Knowland Grove, Norwich, NR5 8YD (with travel across Norfolk)
Hours: 37 per week (subject to Four Day Week scheme)
Contract: Until 31st March 2026 (extension subject to funding)
Salary: £25,310
Leave: 23 days p.a. + bank holidays
