Order Management Lead Time Administrator (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00.
40 Hour Week
£28,500 per annum

Purpose of the role:
To gather information daily via reports and shipping information, to ensure accurate data is entered into Oracle to support customer orders. Liaise with our planning team to determine correct lead time dates for our products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all orders by updating schedule dates
Allocate orders in conjunction with planning to ensure supply and availability
Receive and resolve email queries from the Order Management team on availability of products
Communicate lead-time changes to internal customers daily.
Education and Experience:
Oracle experience would be preferred but not essential
Computer Literate
Experience with Microsoft Packages.
Use of Excel is essential
