Key Responsibilities
* Lead the management and optimisation of paid media channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok
* Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with a primary focus on increasing matchday ticket sales
* Manage and reconcile paid media and OOH marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI
* Write and develop compelling advertising copy, tailored to different audiences and platforms
* Execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance
* Provide creative recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand impact
* Support the development of campaign themes and messaging aligned with the club’s identity
* Build and refine audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and conversion rates
* Deliver regular reporting and performance insights, using data to inform future marketing activity
Required Experience
* Hands-on experience with:
o Meta Ads Manager
o Google Ads
o TikTok Ads
o Google Analytics
* Full understanding of the marketing mix
Preferred Experience
* Experience working with venue and ticketing
* Experience managing OOH, Radio and Podcast adverts
* Experience working within a marketing agency environment is highly desirable.
Skills
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
* Proactive, creative thinker with strong attention to detail

Location
Based at Bath Rugby HQ, Farleigh House, and The Rec in Bath city centre. Due to the rural location and limited public transport, applicants must live within commuting distance and have access to their own transport.
