Key Account Manager
We are looking for a proactive, commercially aware Key Account Manager to join a friendly, close-knit team in Wakefield. This is a permanent hybrid role, you will be office based 3 days a week and home based two, although national travel is required.
You'll take full responsibility for managing and growing key retail accounts, with a focus on building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Manage key retail accounts and drive account growth.
Oversee new product development and seasonal launches.
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service and delivery.
Deliver accurate forecasting, costing, and profit analysis.
Support quality issue resolution and ensure high service standards.
Travel to customer/supplier sites and locations as needed.
Proven experience managing major retail accounts (ideally in home textiles or department store sector).
Results-driven with strong commercial and customer focus.
Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
Full UK driving licence required.
DBS check is required for this position.
