Job Description
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for someone to own the planning, budget and delivery of partnership bars. You’ll be the single point of contact for the event team and the brand partner, working closely with the Head of Stock & relevant Project Manager to run delivery end-to-end from spec and costing to on-site service and sign-off. The role is London based, working within the head office 3 days a week & onsite during the Summer months.

Events include BST Hyde Park, Camp Bestival, Mighty Hoopla, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, All Points East, Lytham, Rewind festivals and many more.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Planning (pre-event)
1. Plan & budget ownership: Build and track the partnership bar plan and budget with the Head of Stock & relevant PM; manage recharges; route scope/cost changes for PM/HoS approval.
